Use this if the notice is clearly wrong, for example you already paid or it is for someone else. It does not stop the deadline to appeal, so watch that date too.

What the letter says

Please cancel or correct your notice, because it is wrong: [reason, for example: I already paid on [date]]. I attach a copy of the notice and my proof. Please confirm that you received this letter and answer in writing.
