Object to the decision (ricorso) — Italian letter template

Use this for a written appeal (ricorso) to the office named in the letter, for example the Prefetto for a fine. Tax appeals go to the tax court (Corte di giustizia tributaria) — for larger amounts you usually need a tax adviser or lawyer. Send it before the deadline.
